Precise Enrollment

Registration Place:

The Graduate School Student Affairs Unit makes registrations on the announced dates of Van Yüzüncü Yıl University.

Important Note 1: Registration is made by the Graduate School Student Affairs Unit of the relevant institute, after the candidate personally applies to the institute or submits the required documents by the attorney appointed by the notary public, between the announced registration dates. If the candidate does not complete the final registration within the announced period, he loses his right to enroll in the graduate program.

1) The candidates who are entitled to have postgraduate education must complete their precise enrollment by submitting the documents determined by the Senate on the dates specified in the academic calendar. The original or certified copy of the documents required for application and registration are accepted. It is not possible to register with missing or insufficient documents. The address declared in writing by the student during registration is the notification address.

2) The registration procedures of the candidates who use fake or falsified documents for registration or who are found to be fraudulent in the entrance exams will be canceled and the necessary legal action will be taken.

3) The student who completes the final registration process has to register for the semester courses.

4) Precise enrollment is made between the registration dates announced by the student affairs of the relevant institute. Final registration is made by the candidate's application to the institute in person or by submitting the documents requested by the attorney appointed by the notary public. If the candidate does not complete the final registration within the announced period, the candidate loses her right to enroll in the graduate program.
 
The documents required from the students who are entitled to precise enrollment are as follows:

  1.  Application Form

  2. Original or officially certified copy of undergraduate diploma or graduation certificate. Turkish translation approved by the consulate or notary public

  3. Original or officially certified copy of the transcript document. Turkish translation approved by the consulate or notary public

  4. An officially certified copy of the M.Sc./MBA diploma or graduation certificate and transcript. Consular or notarized Turkish translation (for PhD candidates)

  5. The application form and the original or officially certified copy of the documents declared in the application form

  6. Turkish copy of the passport or identity card obtained from official authorities which are certified or approved by the Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Turkey

  7. Residence statement for educational purposes

  8. 4 biometric passport photos: Photos must be biometric and taken within the last 6 months

  9. Bank receipt showing that university tuition fee has been paid

  10. Recognition and Diploma Equivalency Certificates*

  11. An official letter from the relevant government institutions or embassies of the countries stating that the fees will be paid for the students who come with a state scholarship (There is no need for the item-9 for these students)

  12. Students who are entitled to get the right for precise enrollment must make notarized Turkish translations of the requested documents during the final registration process. If the Turkish translation of any of the requested documents is missing, the student will not be registered.

 
* Students are required to submit the document regarding the recognition of the institution they graduate (Recognition and Diploma Equivalency Certificates) to our university within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the date of final registration. Those who cannot present the document within this period will be dismissed from the university at the end of this period.
